Exceptionally Exquisite

Constructed in 2020 by the renowned Summit Homes Group, this gorgeous property is nestled in a stunning neighbourhood and surrounded by quality homes. Here, you have found a residence that you can be proud to call your own. An enhanced, high-quality version of a display home, that showcases some absolutely luxe features, style, class, and overall "awesomeness" both inside and out.

Inside this home's central living space features raised cathedral ceilings and super high windows that give it the ultimate wow factor, and takes full advantage of the of the block's superior elevation. Positioned higher than the homes at the rear, giving a sense of foreverness as you see over the treetops and skies beyond.

This space has been optimised for entertaining, with a divine chef's kitchen (and scullery nook) overlooking the impressive indoor dining area, enhanced by exquisite lighting selections and connecting perfectly with the outdoors alfresco too. It cannot be denied that this is the perfect package for a house warming backdrop.

The master bedroom is a king-sized sanctuary, with double walk-in his/her robes, and a luxury double shower ensuite. Here you can wake up and enjoy 5 star hotel luxury every single day of the week. All other bedrooms are generously sized and the home has an additional theatre room too. Which makes it a versatile and comfortable family offering for crews of all shapes and sizes. There is no need to be arguing for space.

The double garage is high clearance and will not let you down even if you have very tall lifted cars (or if you want to walk into your garage on stilts). Plus, as you'd expect, the fully ducted reverse cycle air conditioner is zoned throughout for maximum comfort that can be customised to suit your day to day needs.

Lastly, what makes this already wonderfully home simple perfection, is the location. Right in the Hales Estate, and only about 120m away from the Hales Park. There's a reason that this has become the number one neighbourhood of choice for people moving to Forrestfield. Come and see for yourself why this home, and neighbourhood, is the ideal place for you and the family.

Forrestfield overview

Forrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.
